Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Refunds are accepted subject to the terms below.
If a refund is approved and collection of the item from the customer is required, a collection fee of R99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers may also return the item to us at their own expense, in which case no collection fee will apply.
Exchanges
If you require a different size, we can arrange collection of the original item and delivery of the replacement item for a fee of R120.
This fee covers both collection and redelivery and must be paid before the exchange process can commence.
Customers are also welcome to exchange items directly at our physical address at no additional charge.
Conditions for Refunds & Exchanges
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned in its original condition.

The item must not have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed.

The request must comply with our return period requirements.
Buyer’s Remorse
If there is no manufacturing or factory fault with the product and the return is due to buyer's remorse (for example, the customer changed their mind), a collection fee of R99 will apply if collection is arranged by us and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing or delivery fault, we will assess the item and may arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Please note:
Damage caused while trying on the item, misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
All claims for damaged items are subject to inspection and approval.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
